☺ Gaming day ☺

 Yesterday we had a cool gaming day at school. Tony from esports Whangarei brought up 10 gaming PCs for us to play on. I was in a group with my friends, Our group was last but we had pizza and chips before we had our turn. It was really fun, I played Overwatch, and then Fortnite with some of my friends and we won 2 games!

 Today we went to the library and saw underwater using VR headsets, it was really fun.

This week, our class has been drawing animals. But instead of drawing the whole thing we are cutting the picture in half and drawing the other half! this is my picture.

Get In To Gaming Nz!

 Today my class (room 3) talked about getting into the gaming industry. It was really fun! we talked about all the different jobs and things you can do in the NZ gaming industry. I was most excited about the job of being a game tester, I think that will be awesome! There is also this company that I didn't know about, called Victory up, which is a Maori-based game organization.

Last term, my class made acrostic poems using the word Turangawaewae. This is my one, I think it is ok but there were some really good ones too!

 

Typing club

 

Today my class did this typing activity called typing club. Our teacher asked us if we thought we were already experts at typing, and I answered yes. But I found out that I wasn't after doing it.
